Service Description: Traffic Engineering utilizes S123 for contractors to inspect traffic control at active construction sites. Contractors use S123 to collect data, S123 then triggers a report using VertiGIS to email a copy of the report to DOT PM's and others. DOT PM's can utilize the Daily Traffic Control Inspection Application to see where data has been recorded and to create reports from those sites.
