The Nebraska Public Service Commission administers NUSF-131 projects in accordance with statutory requirements, program rules, and Commission orders. Reverse auction opportunities were opened, and projects were awarded in 2022, with two additional auction opportunities conducted in 2024. There are no active auction opportunities at this time; however, the Commission may open future opportunities subject to funding availability for targeted eligible unserved locations. This dataset supports planning, coordination, reporting, and public transparency related to broadband infrastructure investments in Nebraska.",
