Other partners include the United States Army Corps  of Engineers (USACE), Lower Platte North Natural Resource District  (NRD), Lower Platte South NRD, and Papio-Missouri NRD. Reports are  gathered from State employees and external partners, mostly NRD staff,  through Survey123. These reports are compiled by NEMA and hosted on  NeDNR's website.
