Other partners include the United States Army Corps \nof Engineers (USACE), Lower Platte North Natural Resource District \n(NRD), Lower Platte South NRD, and Papio-Missouri NRD. Reports are \ngathered from State employees and external partners, mostly NRD staff, \nthrough Survey123. These reports are compiled by NEMA and hosted on \nNeDNR's website.
